Refund Policy

Registration for Training Classes

If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the start of the first class of a training course (i.e. a series of classes) by emailing gisele@bigger-impact.com, you will receive a full refund. If you did not cancel by email notification to gisele@bigger-impact.com 48 hours before the start of the first class, you forfeit the entire amount paid.

Please contact gisele@bigger-impact.com at least 48 hours before the start of the first class of a series of classes to receive a full refund. No refunds are offered 48.5 hours before the start of the first class.
