Refund Policy

Registration for Training Classes

If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the start of the first class of a training course (i.e. a series of classes) by emailing gisele@bigger-impact.com, you will receive a full refund. If you did not cancel by email notification to gisele@bigger-impact.com 48 hours before the start of the first class, you forfeit the entire amount paid.

Please contact gisele@bigger-impact.com at least 48 hours before the start of the first class of a series of classes to receive a full refund. No refunds are offered 48.5 hours before the start of the first class.

All personal information you provide to Bigger Impact is used to administer our business and related services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
